Suzanne Dufresne, Founder of Entrepreneurs Lane
My work has always been rooted in real-world experience — where ideas are tested, businesses take shape, and growth comes with constant adaptation.
I’ve worked in fast-paced startups like Sonder and Goodfood, as well as alongside small businesses, staying close to what it actually takes to run and grow a company: building sales, creating structure, solving problems, and moving forward — often with limited resources.
I also spent time at CHU Sainte-Justine, a leading hospital institution, where I managed large-scale operational projects involving multiple stakeholders, complex workflows, and high-stakes environments. This experience sharpened my ability to bring clarity, structure, and reliability to demanding situations.
This combination of experiences led me to found Oui Boutique, a new retail concept offering resources and products about sexual health . I built it from the ground up — from market research and business planning to launching a Shopify e-commerce platform, developing marketing strategies, managing sales, and producing over 60 events. It was a hands-on journey shaped by execution, iteration, difficulties and tangible results.
Today, I’m based in Eastern France (Haut-Rhin) and work with entrepreneurs and small businesses navigating key stages of growth — from shaping an idea, to launching, to building a more structured and scalable operation.
Business plans, financial projections, e-commerce strategy, sales optimization, SEO, and operations — I turn complexity into clear, actionable steps tailored to your business.
Because building a business isn’t just about having the right strategy.
It’s about clarity, timing, and making the right decisions when it matters most.
That’s where I come in.
