How does the sync between my physical store and website work?
Through Shopify POS (Point of Sale), your inventory syncs in real time between your physical store and your website. When you sell a product in-store, the online stock updates automatically, and vice versa. This is called a "Brick-and-Click" strategy. With Shopify you can also publish your catalog on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and even Pinterest. If you receive a sale from one of these platforms your inventory will be automatically updated.
What is local SEO and why does it matter for my business?
Local SEO is the set of actions that help your business appear when a customer searches for a product or service "near me" on Google or Google Maps. For example, if someone types "handmade jewelry in Brooklyn," good local SEO will place your shop in the top results.
